We try to do things a bit differently at Intellishore which was one of the reasons why we hosted a Hackathon. Then you ask – What is a Hackathon?

It’s an event where you work on a specific problem and compete in teams to find the best solution. We had the pleasure of working with a customer to predict sales for a 14-day period.

This resulted in a number of advanced analytical models – mainly built in Python – where one of the predictions had an accuracy of 82 %. Furthermore, there were plenty of interesting discussions, innovative suggestions, and a whole lot of fun!
