We are looking for a curious, energetic, and professional individual who is willing to go the extra mile to support our team of consultants with a variety of practical tasks. More specifically we are looking for an Administrative Assistant ready to balance administrational & financial tasks, customer-facing activities & daily operating rhythm at our office in Østerbro. 

We have recently moved to our new and larger office, and the role entitles you with plenty of responsibility in terms of shaping the future of the new Intellishore-office. The role is 25-30 hours a week - with the opportunity for full-time.

What are we looking for in an Administrative Assistant?

We are looking for a structured and passionate individual who wants to be a part of a high-growth journey and make our office feel like home for colleagues as well as guests. We believe in empowering our like-minded colleagues to do their best, be creative, and make every visit to the INTELLISHORE home an extraordinary and memorable experience. We live of building strong relations, so it is all about good energy and a professional attitude. This needs to go hand-in-hand with seamless back-end processes handled with timeliness and perfection. These tasks include everything from booking meetings to managing expenses and invoices, paying bills, stacking up coffee, tidying up the storage room, and greeting our prominent guests.  

The position requires you to have strong communication skills in both written and verbal Danish, while also being comfortable communicating in English as some clients as well as colleagues have this as their native language. Additionally, experience within IT and the Microsoft Office Suite is a clear advantage.
