We’re looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Consultant who not only thrives in recruitment but is also curious about the broader HR landscape.
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of our recruitment efforts, focusing on finding top-tier strategy, data, and tech consultants. As our company scales, so will your role, with increased responsibilities and growth opportunities. At Intellishore, development is a core value, and we have structured development plans for each Intellishorian. You’ll also have the chance to shape the future of Intellishore, ensuring we consistently deliver value across various industries and sectors.
As we are a small People & Culture team of two, we emphasize collaboration and lifting each other and we also value a lot of freedom and trust. In our team, you will be given the freedom to control your own day.

Intellishore was founded in 2013 to provide clients with a seamless combination of strategic and technical support. Today, we are around 60 skilled, entrepreneurial, and passionate employees from many different backgrounds; engineers, economists, marketers, and we even have a rhetorician (with a degree in economics, but still).
We are Intellishorians; a family, a unique collective of passionate professionals who have jumped at the chance to be part of a larger journey.
In 2024 we opened up an office in Switzerland as well.
What We’re Looking For
We hope that you can set a checkmark at most of the things below:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a talent acquisition role, ideally working with finding technical roles (IT/Data).
- Proven experience with doing active recruitment with LinkedIn
- Curious and interested in learning new things
- A dynamic, supportive, and ambitious personality
- Fluency in English and Danish
- Experience from working in the consultancy industry is a plus (not a requirement)
