What will be your key responsibilities?
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will represent the back-end technical track and take on the responsibility for tasks such as:
- Lead the design and deployment of machine learning and generative AI applications.
- Architect scalable data pipelines and AI-powered automation solutions.
- Develop NLP and RAG capabilities for document processing and content generation.
- Create and validate technical proof-of-concepts.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and solution architects to ensure seamless integration.
- Guide and mentor junior team members.
- Provide technical expertise to clients and stakeholders.
What specific capabilities are we looking for?
As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you should be a seasoned professional who is eager to drive impactful AI and data science projects. You should have a proven track record in building sophisticated machine learning models, working with large language models, and developing scalable data science solutions using technologies like Python and Azure.

Ideally, you match all or most of the following attributes:
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning and AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
- Experience with LLMs, vector databases, and RAG techniques.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and scalable infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of data architecture and AI-powered automation.
- Experience leading AI projects and mentoring junior engineers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
- Strong communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
